My opinion, and I am very opinionated... A ridiculous lawsuit. So many don't want to take responsibility for their own errors. This means that I could post not quite truthful DD and my opinions regarding XXXX and if someone jumps in and buys the stock and it subsequently tanks, could sue me. That's why the nasty disclaimer at the bottom of my DD. For all the good it would do.
