FutureTrak Int'l (FTRK, 24c, BB, "http://www.futuretrak.com/"
FutureTrak International, Inc. Home Page</A) is a Florida-based intergrated
provider of mobile communication products, including DirecTV, internet access
& content, and telephony. In the past month or so, the company recapitalized
and announced 2 major acquisitions. The first, in marine electronics, will
provide significant revenues in a fast-growing industry. The second, even more
exciting, is the Maxwell Rand technology to compress algorithms. On a
practical level, this compression technology will allow multi-screening on the
internet with no loss of resolution, something that is currently not available
(fuddy-duddy e-mail doesn't count). This could be BIG ! The chart

BigCharts - Interactive Charting</A, is turning bullish after an 8 month
decline from the $2.25 area, and there is clear accumulation taking place.
It's a strong buy.
Imagin.Net (ITOY, 15/16, BB) was mentioned two weeks ago as a "concept stock"
with potential, stemming from its video-game technology that can be updated on the
internet. The company had just put an internal power-squabble behind it and was poised
to capitalize on its unique technology.
Since that time, the concept was adopted by Compaq, who has agreed to put the
technology of ITOY's Virtual Games division on its DeskPro line. The stock doubled on
huge volume when that announcement came out, but it is still trading below $1, in the
middle of its recent trading range.
What you need to know is that an agreement with a mousy entertainment company is
imminent, and the stock has a great deal more "steam" in it than what the current price
indicates. As I said with CRNC 2 weeks ago, the only way to avoid regrets is to own
this stock at these levels. |
