Licensing-related insights: someone brought to my attention that it would serve us well to consider these two facts:

Roy Wright has a strong background in LICENSING (much of Iwerks revenue came this way), and VLNC intends to make a LOT of money by LICENSING their new patent on the lithium phosphate cathodes.

Put the two together....
