The stock is taking a small step forward and a big step backward. The P/E is ridiculous LOW, I don't know any IT consultant firm has this LOW P/E. The whole sector is going down, but this particular stock is the most hated by the Wall Street. Any idea why??? This stock should worth around mid 20 based on the average P/E in this sector. The whole market is ridiculous, may be I should invest in mutual funds - at least my money is in "good hand". I think valuation doesn't matter in short term, the momentum is the key. MM has the upper hand controlling the momentum, so it is their game and we are the victim.
