Hi Capt. I don't know but the busy signal is not the usual signal that you get when the line is busy. It is a faster beep! I have phoned a few times but it is always the same. The concept seems great but I don't think that they have the money to keep going.JMO. I haven't tried the website in the last week, I kind of gave up DAV
