Rick, I have to agree that any really good news seems to be preceeded by a run-up in the stock, but not with any great volume. So I'm not too sure about insider trading. Regardless of that I think the stock is on a definite long term run-up, with a few dips here and there. I believe that DuPont, from their press releases, are planning to put someone on the board of directors for HDSN. Since this aspect of HDSN has been the most critisized (IMHO), this should really boost their (HDSN) credibility. I also think the DuPont connection will open up future deals for HDSN, increasing their earnings. Time will tell, but I'm still strong on the stock for a long term hold. Chuck
