I just had lunch with a major investor in C3 who has been in direct touch with CREE management. The consensus is that there is no change in the fundementals of the company but that Eric Hunter may be selling shares for a new venture. So if you liked the company at $13 (I did), you should love it here! Their last Q report was dynamite...$0 in sales to annualized $10M based on last Q rev is quite an acheivement.
