I agree, and the buyers are hiding out on Instinet today. They might be doing this to hide their true identity. Given the number of days that the stock has held above 17, and the volume that we are seeing, it's pretty obvious that the market is expecting a higher bid. The market is wrong sometimes, but I don't think it is wrong this time.
