Letter to PAYV shareholders regarding short position. March 10th, 1999 Dear Valued Payforview Shareholder: It has come to our attention that there is a large short position in our market. The principals of the company have the stock in good hands and the short position will have to be bought back in. In a situation like this, the stock price does not accurately reflect the business of the Company. The Company is solid and moving forward with it's plans and goals. We are in the process of acquiring content and creating programming and broadcasting specifically for the Internet. Additionally, Payforview.com is negotiating with other content providers and distributors to acquire the Internet broadcast and DVD rights to other video content. The company has been publicly trading since January 4th, 1999 and opened up at US $0.98 and has remained strong in the market at the US $2.50 - $3.00 range even after a 2 for 1 stock split.
