A message to GF: This is not enough you must step down as CEO, a president will be percieved as your YES man much like the relationship you have with Denis Fitzpatrick. This appointment must be a succession plan not an appointment of a COO who answers to you. The STK did nothing and will continue to do nothing so long as you are running the company.
