Dan.............

a good salesman is one who can sell ice to iskimos
I believe the P&G marketing guy has something up his sleeve

whether u r selling chips/soaps/detergents or any consumer non-durable item
everthing is about shelf space...the more u have...the more u sell
in the "grand scheme" of things...CMTR is looking to create a shelf just for home diagnostic tests...and by combining more than one product they are attracting consumers of all ages

by sharing distribution costs with other companies...everyone lands up with a bigger profit margin...setting up a distributiion network is no joke

h.pylori is not a concern at all...merck-astra will do a good job and provide a steady stream of revenues for CMTR...no word on launch though :-(

I am hoping to see some good sales of cholestrak and colocare
would certainly like to see some advertising campaign for both products

HIV test may bring in small amount of revenues because of various tests already in the market....its not something one should buy CMTR for
though at this point we do not know how successful SLF will be in marketing it over in Europe

if someone can get some info out of the IR/PR people as to what other tests they are developing for near future...one could get a better sense of where this company is headed longer term ( I mean 3 years and beyond)

finally...I wouldn't be surprised if the marketing people thought of selling the various home diagnostic kits over the internet/phone...afterall they will be setting up a center for counceling HIV test users

if CMTR develops 4-6 good diagnostic kits...it could be a very good candidate for an acquisition....but thats a little bit out in the future

these are just my opinions and not an attempt to hype this stock
