tippet, keep your gold. I might need a tooth filling some time. OR, are you in that Y2K "freak-out" camp that has everyone selling their equity holding and putting it into gold then hiding it under the bed? So that supposedly when the world ends on Jan 1, 2000 I can trade it for drinking water or food or fuel oil or something. But what's the guy I trade it to gonna do with it, use it as a boat anchor? Value is based on perception. DELL has a better than 50/50 probability of being worth 80% less than what it is now in less than 1 year ... I'd still have made several hundred %. JH
