Hi Marvin

What a day today!!! I just got off the phone to John Motsinger, ph#1-800-679-9790, was only on the phone for 15 min and imot goes up 1/2 while we are talking!

We should have a pr coming either tomorrow or first part of next week regarding imot teaming up with a major ecommerce distributor. John would not tell me who it is for he was not really clear who it is and did not want to speculate. Did mention that in addition to being the yahoo of china, they wish to become the amzn of china.

The pr firm of tedrow communication corporation is about to start a radio campaign across all fifty states. PR rep is Steve Smith 1-407-834-4446 and was informed Steve is not in the office today.

In answer to your question regarding the share info.

Authorized shares of 100 mil.
o/s 8.5 mil. This company has a lot of shares in it's treasury!!
float of between 1.75 and 2.5mil.

There was a recent 504 done recently (last week) and when these shares hit the market there was a large short position which explains why the stock went from $4 to $3. These shorts are now covering. We have a short squeeze in progress here.

Mr Motsinger was very nice to talk with and free with the info. I asked his permission to post his # here and his response was "ablsolutely"

Steve
