Mr Tilton has informed T A P that TNRG has till April 2000 to meet new SEC requirements and will file sooner if it makes sense for him to do so but has more important business to take care of right now. As for the spin-off some one mentioned SEC only allowing non-reporting companies to do so till April 1st '99. I asked Mr Tilton about this also and he was not aware of this limitation and does'nt believe it to be true but did reassure the filing for spin-off will be completed before April 1st regardless. Mr Tilton has millions of shares of TNRG and you can bet your wife that he is up to speed and doing all he can to keep TNRG going in the right direction. T A P has received 700K shares of TNRG from the company for services provided for a period of 1 year.
