One of the leading proponents of QuickTime on the Macintosh platform, Terran Interactive, has announced the addition of LiveStage and Sonoran Blue's MovieScript to the Terran online store.

The company said in a statement "These tools expand the range of products carried, making the Terran web site a central source of information about QuickTime products used for multimedia delivery. The site contains product information, demo versions and samples, providing developers better understanding and access to the best tools. "

LiveStage is an interactive QuickTime authoring environment from Totally Hip. The company says developers familiar with scripting languages such as HyperTalk, Lingo, or Visual Basic can quickly script interactive media content or build sprite movies. Applications for LiveStage include complex interactive ad banners, games, full screen animations, navigation bars, and even sophisticated interactive tests.

Meanwhile, MovieScript is an AppleScript-based application that provides access to the QuickTime movie toolbox. The software makes it easy to perform repetitive tasks, set up automated systems, generate customized movies, and optimize the production process.
