Ah here is the reason for the upswing...... The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 60 points at 9754, pulled higher by gains in oil services components. The sector was boosted after key Gulf Arab producers said they favored a big cut in production to soak up the enormous glut, which has depressed prices. LT
