I know about TCIVA and LBTYA more than I do TCOMA, but my understanding is that TCOMA shareholders will get something like .7757 shares of AT&T. In other words, you will receive about 2171 shares of T for your 2800 shares of TCOMA. I read somewhere that fractions will be paid in cash. Hopefully your broker has updated your portfolio to reflect the change. Good luck.
