I don't see getting rid of a poor performing CFO is bad news. In my personal dealings with him over e-mail, he messed up the Nasdaq issue. Also, whatever he told me never came true. Now if Russ got killed or left, I'd be in a major panic. IMO, Russ = SNRS success, everyone else replaceable.
