I talked with the company today. Apparently Tim exercised a stock option which violated the company's insider trading policy. You should recall that Tim joined SNRS when they were at the $1 level or less. Finding a CFO in those days, I'm sure, was difficult. Today, finding quality replacement should not be a problem. In all my dealings with Tim, I found him to be responsive. He returned calls in a fairly timely manner. Regarding the NASDAQ relisting, I had not heard of any problem related to Marcotte. I was able to add to my position at 8 5/8 today. Thank you Tim. Joe p.s. There were two aftermarket trades, one for 10,000 shares, and one for 9,000 shares. Both were at $9; bodes well for tomorrow's open. It the T/A calling for the $7's is accurate, we will have another great buying opportunity.
