Ben, I did file a proof of claim but have since sold my shares for pennies. That won't effect my claim but I wonder if it effects my right to vote on the reorganization?

Shareholders certainly will not get any money from the company assets, that's for sure, our only hope is in the D&O insurance, which I understand to be upwards of 50 mil. I'm not sure if this insurance is only for the shareholders. Also, the insurance company may contest any claims, meaning further delays.

I believe Milberg, Weiss to be the leading firm representing the shareholders, I sent my proof of claim to Schubert & Reed. They said the dismissal hearing is scheduled for spring. I am familiar with the whole complaint and motion to dismiss process, that alone can drag out for a while.

Management lied and I lost hundreds of thousands because of it. I won't let this die till there is some justice done. It makes me sick to think about what I could have done with those funds during this past year and beyond instead of having them tied up in a lawsuit that may just net me zippo.

Hope this helps you MosheS.
