MindSpring files $800 mln shelf registration biz.yahoo.com If anyone could explain this in layman's terms, I'd appreciate it. I'm afraid I don't understand the implications. The market seems to have liked it though. MSPG has showed a pattern of raising funds (with secondary POs) and quickly using those funds to make an acquisition. Could it be that today's big bump comes from people smelling another acquisition in the works? Peace, Mr Bones
