News did not come out till after the bell.. This is more than GOOD news. THis is a big stamp of approval. I know that this company warned but for the life of me I cant explain this drop today other than MM's playing games knowing that this news was coming and that they were going to be selling people these cheap shakin shares at a higher price. Any other suggestions?
