Actually the article is a negative spin. Intel did not say 'no plan to warn' but 'no plan to issue guidance'. What???? That is actually a POSITIVE spin. If they have "no plan to issue guidance", it is very obvious(and implied) that they have no plan to warn. When a company warns, that is called giving "GUIDANCE" to lower estimates!!! regards.
