jack, the problem seems to be this... some of kevin trudeau's (correct spelling :-) distributors have said that the $1,000 "instant executive" payment for goods is REQUIRED. this isn't true. based on this fact, the illinois attorney general deems this as an illegal pyramid and the sec is investigating. is kevin trudeau or nfli responsible for the statements or advertising of the distributors? jeff
