First CMGI, then WCAP and now TPEG...

This was a small, moderately successful film production company until recently when they decided to become what they call an internet IPO incubator. They have taken small equity positions in flowersandgifts.com and Pacific Softworks with agreements to acquire up to around 30% of each at pre-IPO prices.

They have plans to eventually acquire a dozen or so such companies.
The twist is that they plan to allow shareholders first shot at all the IPOs.

The company is still very much in the preliminary stages and many details are still to be ironed out, but they are making all the right moves, IMO.

You might want to keep an eye on them. The ticker will change in April to IATR from TPEG.
