For those wondering, the fairness hearing is scheduled for tomorrow, and the approval of the .25/share acquisition price should be official on Friday. There has been a mailing to all stockholders, which we should begin receiving within a few days, regarding the hearing, and the proxy materials will go out next week for the stockholders' meeting that should be held at the end of this month.
