I was checking how this stock was trading today and it appears someone is trying to send this stock down either to cross a large block at much lower levels or flush out more sellers.I doubt that the company is serious about this normal course issuer bid.Most companies who announce these buybacks never even buy one share.

Expect a sell off towards $3 again very soon.
