When and how? Iraq, by pursuing the role of dominance in the Middle East (a role that we prescribe for ourselves but do not accept in others) starting with their conquest of Kuwait against our expressed wishes and Afghanistan by their conversion from a country eager for our assistance against the "great Satan of the Soviet Union" into a fundamentalist Islamic state, now armed, that saw us as just another incarnation of the same devil. No HS here, little fella'.
