Ethernet was first designed as a radio link to network computers quite a few years ago, it was then adapted to coaial cable and probably other connections. The problem with microwave links is that they are line of site only. If you can't see the xmitter/receiver you can't use it.

Yes you need a xmmiter/receiver on your house, Cyberhighway is provideing a PC ISA board and other hardware to handle that, (for a couple hundred up front).

Sure will beat 20 bucks for ISP modem hookup per month plus 20 bucks or so for a second phone line.

Also you are on line as soon as you load your browser, no dial up.
