Michelle, I was a little surprised when you mentioned i2 having problems. I am cautious looking forward due to Y2K concerns, but am unaware of problems. Your comments concerning PSFT/SAP offering are interesting and I'm interested to see what Sanjiv has to say on the next CC. Are you saying that you're currently seeing PSFT/SAP offerings negatively impact i2's sales efforts, or are are you saying you' _expecting_ this to happen? In the last CC Sanjiv was saying competition was actually somewhat weaker and that i2's salespeople were pretty much having their way - primary constraint now was number of feet on the street. I have a fairly well diversified portfolio, so i2's performance one way or the other won't make or break me, but the somewhat negative outlook of your post makes me think I have the wrong perspective, or that I've missed some facts along the way. Thanks for the insider view. BTW, thanks for mentioning that you see Y2K as being a small issue. Sanjiv said he expected as much in the last CC, but its nice to hear from other places. Shane
