Gary: I'm not sure. I assume that if this did happen , this would piss the Judge off and weigh in SGGNF favor. The Judge is human like us all.

I spoke to Kim today:

1. Negotiations with Interport is over and the bureaucracy now will handle the ball. The present scandal deals more with slots than racetracks. Somehow my feeling that it will affect the approval process, delay it but not stop it.

2, I'm told that we will be trading 'e' before the end of the month (March 99, that is). This was also told me before the AGM. It was expected that this to go either shortly before or shortly after the AGM. I'll believe when I see it. I do not think its a big deal anyways. It will not do anything for the stock. An agreement with the Band and/or an agreement with the BC Government will see NASDAQ welcome us with open arms. Then the stock will move.

3. The Band has no money and their Lawyer is from out of state and cannot practise in Michigan. Our Lawyers are reputably some of the best. Hopefully they are salemen as well and can convince the GLB that it is not in their best interest to fight this all the way. For every day delay they will be forfitting high 5 to lo 6 figures per day once the operation is in full swing. THIS HAS TO BE A WIN- WIN SITUATION FOR BOTH PARTIES.

4. The GLB has been around along time so whats 5 extra years and 40% of the take for SGGNF. They will all become multi millionaire during this period. Then they are free to do what they want.
