I don't know if this has been in for 2 days, or is new, but there is an SC13G/A filing on edgar. The date says 2/10 for the filing, but it wasn't put onto their file system (according to the date stamp) until 2/12. Maybe it didn't show up in searches until today. Anyway, it basically says that GM now owns however much percentage (11% - I can't remember) of Lexmark. I don't know if this is an increase or a decrease, but judging from the movement today, I would say an increase. ~Mitch~
