China has a lot of TVs. 400 million households. Over 45M VCD players. And very few telephone lines running to homes. The highest consentration on residential telephone customers, is in the large urban areas. The rural areas have few phonelines. For internet VCD, you need a TV, an enabled VCD player, and a phoneline.

In the second 1/2, it may sell some units, but it only replaces what would be bought in VCD/SVCD/or DVD players. It may add a few 100k's to units, just for internet access, but it's just push-ahead buyers.

No. C-Cube's revenues don't grow because of this.
