It appears like a margin call... you must have fallen below your margin's buying power by that much. The "Free Ride" rule it appears is being invoked here. Just call them tomorrow and clear it up... most of these things can be cleared up by selling equivalent value of securities other than the ones in question.

Remember some securities are considered "cash only" on some brokerages and this may have messed up your buying power calculations.
