If I wanted it in 7-10 business days (World Mail, a middle-of-the-road choice of shipping options because if you think I'm going to pick the 8-10 weeks option I'd have to be bleeping crazy), that would cost me $7 plus $5.95 per item to equal $13.95, that's over US$3 more to wait 7-10 business days versus a quick 5-minute run where I can get personalized service.

Amazon price $15.60 + $7.00 + 5.95 = $28.55 (wait 7-21 business days)
Chapters price $25.50 (get it immediately)
