Just to clear up any misconceptions, the following is from the latest financial statements issued in February:

(d) Class "A" common share purchase warrant:
The holders of the Class "A" common share purchase warrant are entitled to purchase up
to 5,800,000 common shares at a price of $0.50 Cdn. per share. This warrant is
exercisable, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, on or before January 2,
2001.
