RE: Concerning Fundamentals

Herman,

I am interested in puting together a list of important fundamentals to research when evaluating a future stock position. I am also interested in establishing criteria that these fundamentals should meet before the stock is accepted and the position is established.

I think that such a list will help the inexperienced investor get an idea of what data to seek out and an image of what good looks like. It would also be nice to include indicators of future trouble ahead for a company.
