Fast Eddie... Thanks! I'm an Options Novice, usually wrong, but I like them once in awhile. I don't usually use them as investment vehicles, because there is usually too much premium built in.

My best options trade was when I was long Ascend Communications (ASND) at 59 when it had a bad earnings quarter without pre-warning. I hadn't heard the phrase, "Catch a falling knife," so I started buying on the way down: 43, 41, 37, 33. When it hit 22 1/2, I was out of money, but still knew ASND was a solid company with one bad quarter so I sold 400 shares (of my 1000) at a loss and used the funds to buy Leaps at a strike price of 30. I sold them when ASND rose to 49!

How was I supposed to know it would hit the 70's and 80's??????

Anyway, it turned out great.
