Once again, you are talking meaningless LaLa land gibberish, that while appropriate for sophmoric discussions around the college dorm while toking on a big spiff, has no bearing on the real world. This doesn't have anything to do with patriotism, at least not in the moist-eyed, amber waves of grain sense. It has to do with what is best for the citizens of this country. You can pontificate on man's inhumanity to man and the right and wrong of various political philosophy's all you want, but it doesn't mean anything unless you realize that the luxury of such compassionate humanism comes at the very real price of being willing and able to fight for it. So who gives a rat's ass if the Kuwaiti Royalty are filthy rich. They allow us access to their oil without holding us and the rest of the western world hostage to get it. If for one moment they tried to put the same restrictions on their oil as a Saddam or attempted to hold us hostage by threat of weapons of mass destruction, then they would be out of there like shit through a goose. This doesn't have so much to do with right and wrong as it does with who's left standing when it's all over.
