MPH,

1. Hey, thanks.

2. Logic is that these numbers would be IN ADDITION to NAVR's price today...I guess today's steady state price of $12 to $14 until it starts to runup. Can't use last year's price (Rajiv's $3 price) because now we have an S-1 on the table that lends some "realized" expectation. We weren't even sure there would be an IPO until last week. I sure had doubts.

3. This is a screwy drill because it's one thing to determine book value which is just past costs less depreciation from the financial statements. We're trying to get at future value in the marketplace.

4. Some analyst helped us by saying VVTV's piece of NETR was worth $70 Mil. Very interesting number

5. Several have aptly talked about this: today' price plus the value of a NETR spinoff, which afterall, comes from the parent, NAVR. All this extra value is an accounting term called GOODWILL and other junk.

6. Thoughts??? Sticker shock???

7. Not long ago, some were talking about a NAVR runup to $xxx...yes, three digits. Nobody expects it to stay up longer than a lear jet when the keys fall out of the ignition.
