SEC INVESTIGATIONS OF CHATTER-BOXES = Subpoenaes,Indictments.
Note today's papers,www.thestreet.com, etc,, "Tokyo Mexx' and
www.markwelch.com,, have had records subpoenaed and indictments are
immenent after chat rooms., and threads were forced or elected to hand over alias info and other data to avoid litigation.
Shorts posing as "outraged" shareholders, developed and exhibited a
".. reckless pattern of disregard, for rules promulgated by the 1934
Act..."
I am sure Mr.Welch.Mr Tokyo Mexx, et al are all sleeping a little less
tonite while their pounding of stocks and..." actions via ...US based
brokerage entities...and related Canadian firms,who have cooperated
with the Commission...", in providing brokerage records...
It's funny "What comes around goes around". I wonder how close to the wind the bashers like Jon Tara,HPD and others are running when even an SEC chimpanzee could figure out this is more than a thread...
