1. If you find out, let us all know. 2. The S-1 is very nice...179 pp. I saw an S-1/A over wknd that was 600 pp. NAVR has lots of work to do to clean up and reissue S-1/A. So, we should watch for that next. 3. After 4.11.99, I will be breathing heavy. Interestingly, the Big Guys don't care at all yet. Too busy counting money, I guess. 4. I keep wondering whether other players are circling either NAVR or NETR as in takeover, acquisition, merger. All these little arithmetic excursions are in the trash. Think we might be in deeper doo-doo. 5. Thoughts?? Kat
