Herb Greenburg wrote about RINO in TheStreet.com.

I think it was last week. I think he also mentioned that they were doing a rollup of these local distributors. The thesis he was presenting was that if they can't do the secondary, they can't grow. And they are a growth stock.

I haven't done any real work on it, but I will check with someone who may have.
