DELL never buys CPU, if you know a little background of Machael Dell. Machael Dell said, "The business of trying to be indirect and direct at the same time, I don't think it works. We had quite a bit of experience with this about seven or eight years ago, in trying to do both at the same time." "NEC tried that, and they lost more revenue on the indirect side than they gained on the direct side, by like 10 times."

Our HALPIN never takes the lesson of other successful persons' experience and takes our investors' money to gamble indirect and direct sale at the same time. He doesn't have far-sight to lead CPU and I strong suggest:
1. HALPIN resigns immediately.
2. Spinoff CPU immediately.
3. Find buyers to take-over CPU.

Best wishes

James
