'An "acquisition" would make more sense since analog expertise is difficult to develop internally when you are essentially "pure digital"' Intel is known for being a very tough competitor with any one in its business. Otellini has been quoted as saying "if you're in digital then you're in our business." Is it now true that if you're in digital or analog that you're in Intel's business?
