MB,

I see you have suspicions but I do not see any evidence to support your suspicious inferences.

Salesmen will usually pull in orders at the end of a quarter if they are short of their quota. But DELL exited Q4 with a 100, 000 unit backlog. So I do not think that any pull in would have much affect on this quarter. These facts are inconsistent with your spin on DELL.

As to DELL and small business VARS, I talked with a VAR who was interviewed by DELL two days ago. He told me DELL is looking to coordinate small business VAR operations and is wooing the agents. So I know you got your facts wrong.

So confess your ignorance and sin no more!

JK
