Hi Ellen,

You have raised an excellent point. A distributor contract is being finalized by TSIG. A number of the "old" distributors have contacted me by e-mail recently and they are now working directly with TSIG. They are well aware that they have nothing to sell without reaching an equitable agreement with TSIG. The people I spoke with:

(1) were very enthusiastic about working together with TSIG.

(2) removed their old websites at my request.

(3) were aware that they would not be able to compete with TSIG's main sales force and other alliances TSIG has or will have... and they had no problem with that. They would, I believe, have the same rights as anyone else to bring any large "deal" to the table, but their primary focus would be local groups, etc..

(4) were well aware that the pricing structure (sales price) of "cards" would be established by TSIG and could not be discounted.

All in all, I found them to be a very enthusiastic group and very anxious to get started producing. And, BTW, they are shareholders in TSIG as well. They are believers in the TSIG concept and program. I hope that a satisfactory arrangement can be worked out with these people as, IMO, not only will it increase our sales, but it will increase our name recognition.
