Well, this IS America, and I don't like the fact that Iomega was so insidious in the timing of the firings. It was Christmas for Chrissakes. This is not the USSR, of which I am glad, so the government cannot force employment decisions (or can they?...). The recourse is for people who disagree with the company's practices to not buy from that company. After all, this is the USA, and people can decide what company they want to buy from based on any criteria they choose. The PR nightmare IOM created for itself is evident by the stock price.
