Very strange close today.

Of course VSIO was horribly weak again (as it has been since it bounced off of 32 a few days ago).

It was down most of the day, and down 1 1/8 late in the day.
Then in the last few minutes, it ran right up to 28 and closed unchanged.

Now the question is: is this an indicator of things to come (and a turnaround in the recent decline), or is this just a meaningless blip?

We shall see.
