Hi SD,

I can only surmise that it will depend on the charity involved. For example, when NMF is an intermediary there is a certain amount that goes to NMF, so much to TSIG, so much to the charity, and so much to the distributor. If NMF is not involved... in other words the independent distributor makes a "deal" with a local charity on their own... I would presume that it would probably only be a three way split with TSIG getting $5.00 or thereabouts and the charity and distributor dividing the balance on an agreed to basis which would have to be approved by TSIG. Just an opinion, but these are the details TSIG is finalizing right now.

And thanks for the "lead list". I saw it on RB and it will be faxed to Rob Gordon, but many of these charities are local and too small for the national sales force, but ideal for the local distributors. I believe they follow the threads and probably already have it. IMO, the increase in TSIG income through the utilization of independent distributors is important, but just as important if not even more so, is the increased name recognition TSIG will receive.

Just to add one other point. I am sure TSIG will require certain minimum standards to be met regarding advertising, etc. by independent distributors and more than likely all literature, websites, etc. will require prior company approval or be supplied with these materials by TSIG. TSIG, IMO, is going to build an image of being the best... in product, price and service and I am sure they will do everything possible to protect that image. And that same positive image will benefit the independent distributor as well... a synergistic relationship where everyone wins.

Best always,

Marty
